PASTA WITH TRITORDEUM®RAGU AND RED QUINOA

  for 4 people

ingredients

  • 3.6 oz blend of Tritordeum®and red Quinoa Geovita®
  • 12.3 oz uncooked tomato puree
  • 1 oz carrot
  • 1 oz celery
  • 1.8 oz white onion
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup good white wine
  • 10.6 oz pasta
  • resh basil

prepare it this way

Fill a pot with 33.8 oz of water, with 0.4 oz of salt, and boil the Tritordeum® and Red Quinoa mix for 10 minutes. Strain and keep nearby. Chop the vegetables well, then place in a frying pan with some oil and fry until golden brown.
Next, add the mix and add the white wine, a little at a time, making sure the wine evaporates completely. Now add the uncooked tomato puree, add salt to taste and let cook for about 10 minutes.
Cook the pasta and, when it’s ready, strain and garnish with this vegetable ragù. Serve the pasta with some fresh basil for decoration. Have you ever prepared a meal for a vegan friend? This is your chance to wow them with special effects.
