Fill a pot with 33.8 oz of water, with 0.4 oz of salt, and boil the Tritordeum® and Red Quinoa mix for 10 minutes. Strain and keep nearby. Chop the vegetables well, then place in a frying pan with some oil and fry until golden brown.
Next, add the mix and add the white wine, a little at a time, making sure the wine evaporates completely. Now add the uncooked tomato puree, add salt to taste and let cook for about 10 minutes.
